SIP & RIP Huntington Beach - April // Sur Coffee

We were so stoked to host our first-ever SIP & RIP in Huntington Beach this April! First Lighters met just north of the pier, eager as always to jump in the water with some new faces in tow. Sur Coffee was a huge help in the success of the event, and we’re still thinking about their tasty blends that have been sourced directly from farmers all over the world.

Huntington Beach’s surf culture runs deep, dating back over a century to the 1920s when legendary Hawaiian swimmer Duke Kahanamoku first brought the sport to the area. The city is also home to major surfing competitions, most notably the U.S. Open of Surfing. Expanding our reach into the Orange County community through a city so rooted in its love for surfing has been special. We're grateful to everyone who showed up to make our Huntington Beach (a.k.a Surf City, U.S.A.) debut one to remember.

Check out some highlights from the event below. Hope to see you in Orange, or San Diego, County soon!
