This year a group of us met up at Grandview Beach in Encinitas, North County San Diego, to celebrate Halloween the best way we know how, with a dawn patrol costume surf. We showed up at the beach before the sun rose and were in the water by first light. We were graced with the presence of Guy Fieri, Nacho Libre, Tom Cruise from Top Gun, Elvis, ET, Mario, Superman, and a whole lot more! See who else you can spot in the wrap up video.
